I can sometimes get caught in... do I want to be a wholsaler today.... a tax lien investor today... a hard money lender today... a short sell investor today and the muscial chairs can be overwelming... But you seem like you hit the nail on the head. If it's a deal and your a wholesaler. MAKE AN OFFER... otherwise pass on the lead to the short sell contacts for a possible referral down the line.
