Hey Alex good stuff. You mention letting your VA make the offers, are you the one that still analyzing the leads or do the VA handle that as well?

Hey Alex,
That is a great point you make about pre-work of a wholesale prior to making an offer. I can sometimes get caught in… do I want to be a wholsaler today…. a tax lien investor today… a hard money lender today… a short sell investor today and the muscial chairs can be overwelming… But you seem like you hit the nail on the head. If it’s a deal and your a wholesaler. MAKE AN OFFER… otherwise pass on the lead to the short sell contacts for a possible referral down the line.
Thanks… Have a blessed day.

Yes a lot of people get caught up in what they are going to “be for the day” I believe we need to specialize in FEW things and outsource the rest..
we run the risk of being a jack of all trades and master of none if we do not..

Hey Alex,

Great info, as always! I haven’t outsourced anything yet…I get all my property info from another database and put that through my custom “deal analyzer” spreadsheet. Also, it’s too true that if we don’t specialize in a very few things, we run the risk of being a “jack of all trades” and master of none.
