		<description>I absolutely agree with the mindset being a necessity in this, or any business (including the business of life!).  Something that I&#039;m currently in the middle of and plan on doing again and again several times a year is going through Tony Robbins course Get The Edge and Personal Power.  It goes way beyond just having a PMA...it&#039;s like PMA is the water gun and Tony&#039;s course allows you to elevate that to the level of a laser guided missile.  Keep the good stuff comin&#039; Alex!</description>

Also I know it&#039;s important to meet eyeball to eyeball but with absentee, most owners are in other states.  Have you had much success making these kind of offers on the phone and getting them accepted?

While they&#039;re ripping one sign down, I&#039;m putting up 12 more in their place.  I&#039;m sort of like Al Qaeda and the Taliban: chop my head off in one place, and like a Hydra, I have signs up in exponentially more locations.  (Who me?!)  :D</description>

		<description>Hey Ana! It is just the nature of the business. People are not just going to give you a steal of a deal right out of the gate ( actually sometimes they do) . You have to work with them a little bit to come to an equitable arrangement. Another factor is that you need to make sure you are playing the numbers game. If you are marketing to people who have no equity in their house, which is what a lot of people do, than you can have a zillion % response rate from your campaign but it means absolutely nothing! Make sure you are targeting properties that are going to put you in the position to win the numbers game!</description>

		<description>This post came at the right time for me.  I finally put up my first bandit signs on Friday night.  My first time ever.  And the only calls I&#039;ve received in the last 3 days have been from the town code enforcers.  I was feeling down. 

The post reminds that I can&#039;t stop now. I have to keep on putting up signs for at least 4 weeks before I know if they work in my area. 

Its up to me to keep a positive attitude. Thats what separates the people who actually change their lives for the better from the ones who give up and go back to their average mediocre lives.
