Something that I'm currently in the middle of and plan on doing again and again several times a year is going through Tony Robbins course Get The Edge and Personal Power. It goes way beyond just having a PMA...it's like PMA is the water gun and Tony's course allows you to elevate that to the level of a laser guided missile. Keep the good stuff comin' Alex! I'm sort of like Al Qaeda and the Taliban: chop my head off in one place, and like a Hydra, I have signs up in exponentially more locations. (Who me?!) :D P.S. You have to work with them a little bit to come to an equitable arrangement. Another factor is that you need to make sure you are playing the numbers game. If you are marketing to people who have no equity in their house, which is what a lot of people do, than you can have a zillion % response rate from your campaign but it means absolutely nothing! Make sure you are targeting properties that are going to put you in the position to win the numbers game! Hey Ana! It is just the nature of the business. I'm been feeling so defeated!! All this money spent on direct marketing, newspaper ads and bandit signs and nothing is happening! Everyone that calls wants market value for their house! I was feeling down and I logged on to see how you were making out and it made me feel better that you have those kind of days too. "All these sellers keep telling me "no"! I hear you! I finally put up my first bandit signs on Friday night. My first time ever. And the only calls I've received in the last 3 days have been from the town code enforcers. I was feeling down. The post reminds that I can't stop now. I have to keep on putting up signs for at least 4 weeks before I know if they work in my area. Its up to me to keep a positive attitude. Thats what separates the people who actually change their lives for the better from the ones who give up and go back to their average mediocre lives. Thanks Alex.
